CPR-FIRST AID-AED TRAINING AMERICAN RED CROSS LTP

TRAINING, CREDENTIAL & AFFILIATION NOTICE

Unless specifically identified as an OSHA Outreach Training Program course or an American Red Cross certification course, courses offered through UCI are independent safety consulting, awareness, or skills-development programs.

Independent courses may reference OSHA standards, regulations, guidance, recognized industry practices, manufacturer instructions, or employer policies for educational purposes. These courses are not OSHA Outreach courses, are not approved or endorsed by OSHA, and do not result in an OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour student course completion card.

A UCI Certificate of Completion documents participation in the applicable independent course. It is not an OSHA certification, government approval, professional license, competent- or qualified-person designation, operator authorization, or other regulatory credential.

“OSHA-authorized” refers only to the current authorization of an individual OSHA Outreach Trainer within the trainer’s authorized industry. It does not mean OSHA approves, certifies, endorses, employs, or sponsors UCI or its independent courses. OSHA student course completion cards are available only for courses specifically identified as OSHA Outreach Training Program courses and successfully completed under current Outreach requirements.

American Red Cross courses are identified separately and are delivered under an applicable Licensed Training Provider agreement by appropriately certified and affiliated Red Cross instructors. Red Cross certification is issued only after successful completion of the applicable Red Cross course requirements. Independent UCI courses are not American Red Cross courses or certifications.

Training does not replace employer-specific hazard assessments, programs, procedures, equipment-specific instruction, required role-based qualifications, or additional training required by applicable law.

Employers remain responsible for determining and providing training appropriate to their workplace, employees, hazards, equipment, operations, and jurisdiction.
